WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS. 

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to blankclo.com.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We ship using USPS, UPS AND DHL.  Packages typically ship within 5-7 business days. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

Blank clo cannot be held responsible for any duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

CAN I COMBINE ORDERS?

No changes can be made once an order is placed. We cannot combine fulfillment on orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to locate and monitor the progress of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via the contact form. To track the progress of all orders, please visit the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

WHERE IS MICHAEL TREVINO VINTAGE PRODUCED?

MICHAEL TREVINO VINTAGE consists of found vintage items.  That means that we do not actually produce any pieces, but alter, soften and distress them. Every item is uniquely and authentically vintage.  Our shirts range in date of production, material, and level of distress, and are sourced from all over the world. Our Blanks come with many different tags.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

Because every item that we sell is one-of-a-kind it is important that you carefully read the product description before agreeing to purchase.  Some pieces may come with holes or stains, or are threadbare.  We believe this to be the charm of the piece and part of its history.  However, if you have a concern with an item, please contact us upon receipt via our contact form so we can review the matter.

HOW ARE PRODUCTS SIZED?

 
We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing.  Because each piece is unique sizing of items vary a great deal and each item will fit very differently.  Please be sure to look at the product measurements before committing to the sale.  Because each piece is vintage, the sizing on the tag may not correlate to the product measurements, so do not base your selection based on the size pictured in the original product tag. We do our best to make sure your tee measures within on half inch of your request. We will not accept returns based on incorrect sizing.  

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?


Though refunds are not impossible, they are highly unlikely.  All items are sold “as-is” due to their pre-owned, one-of-a-kind condition. Please be careful to read the product description before committing to the sale.

CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO OR CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately items cannot be added to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item. 

Items cannot be canceled or partially refunded from an order. All sales of our merch lines are final. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.  Our orders typically ship within 5-7 business days.  Once our shipping department has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

MY SHIRT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE IT DID IN THE PICTURE, WHAT NOW?

Please read the product descriptions carefully before committing to your purchase. Items are similar to products photographed, but are not necessarily the item pictured.  Keep in mind that each item on our site is completely unique and pre-owned. The wear and tear on each tee will evolve as you wear and love it.  We do our absolute best to provide you with a fair and accurate description but know that Blank garments will look like worn, vintage pieces when they arrive, as they are! Think of it as wearable art. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY VINTAGE T-SHIRT?

Our shirts are all one of a kind, true vintage, each with its own unique history and level of wear and distress.  If you enjoy the size and condition of this shirt as you have received it, be sure to always wash it inside out in cold water on the delicate cycle, preferably not at a laundromat!  Warm and hot cycles will fade and shrink your shirt, and the dryer does even more damage. We recommend that you always hang-dry your shirt, and be sure to insert the hanger through the bottom so that you don't stretch out the collar.  We’re not saying you should give up showering or anything - but the less you wash your shirt, the longer it will last in its current condition. Love your shirt gently. 

POLAROIDS

There is only one promotional gift per order, per a collection. Placing an order for multiple items does not entitle you to more than one promotional gift per a collection.

The Polaroid must appear in your online shopping cart automatically if your order qualifies for the min spend. All items must be from the same collection and meet the min threshold to qualify.

  • Orders cannot be combined after check out to meet min threshold.

  • Min spend is calculated from subtotal.

  • Polaroids are available while supplies last.

  • Polaroid must be listed on your order confirmation page to receive.

  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Blank clo is final. 

  • Min spend does not guarantee a Polaroid unless it is listed on your order confirmation

  • Polaroids are not first come first serve, they are added via a randomizer

We release a very limited amount of Polaroids each drop. It is very rare to score one and is not included in all orders that meet the min spend.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms and conditions will appear on this page. 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT. 

Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package please file a claim.

Once a claim has been filed the carrier will investigate if the item was indeed delivered. Based on their investigation, if they report that the item was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can provide assistance if The carrier reports item is lost or was not delivered.

The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Blank clo is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic event.
